How to order
Ordering from us couldn't be simpler. Just download the order form (PDF file) print it out, fill it in and post with your photograph or digital file saved to CD - to Your Perfect Present, 4 Calver Mill, Calver, HOPE VALLEY, S32 3YU

Things to remember:
•  The image can be Black and White or Colour
•  We can accept photographs up to A4 or a digital file
    saved as a jpeg
•  Remember if you are sending a photograph to
    prevent damage use either a card backed envelope
    or insert a piece of card into your envelope
•  For total piece of mind we recommend special
    delivery for irreplaceable photographs
•  Fill in the credit card section on the form or include
    a cheque for £79, which is inclusive of postage
    and packing, payable to Your Perfect Present

Your display will then be sent to you within 14 days
along with the photograph or file we received.
